We Start with the Bare Bones
Like all good restaurants, we make our own soups and stocks from scratch. Carrots and celery browned with onions, herbs, and vegetable trimmings — just like our grandmothers used to do. Left to simmer, great stock lays a tasty foundation for our daily soup offerings.
